This is a redo of chapter 25 of Fool's dream, RWBY fanfic. Tell me if you want more. This particularly takes place in the 1 hour later part.
"What are you doing?" askes Kyle as he sits up in the hospital bed, looking at her questioningly.
"Oh, nothing. Since Ruby and the others are gone, I thought we'd spend some alone time," spoke Yang as she walks over to sit on his bed.
"If they come back and see this," asks Kyle, frowning slightly.
"Then we deal with it then, but right now, why not enjoy yourself?" asks Yang, as she -
"Woa, woa, WOA," Kyle suddenly shrinks away from Yang's arms, almost falling off the bed. "Woa. How about we read a little verse just one second, shall we?"
"Wait...what?" Yang says, thoroughly confused. It's as if a whole new author is writing up this Kyle guy who lay on the bed before her.
"You know, verse? Bible verse? Anyway, there should be my personal copy in the hospital drawer here somewhere, ah, here we go," Kyle says as he rummages through his nightstand and produces an old book with a brown cover that reads BIBLE. He begins flipping through the worn pages saying, "Gotta be here somewhere...Philippians, Colossians, ah, here we go, Thessalonians!"
"1 Thessalonians 4:3-6," he begins, glancing at the scantily clad Yang who just sits there, kind of dumbfounded, but kind of wishing she hadn't started this. "You familiar with the passage?"
"Ummm...no."
"Cool, then I can read it. It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God," he says. Then adds, looking back at her, "I do not want to be a passionate pagan."
"Me neither. But..." Yang says, not entirely convinced.
"Genesis also talks about how Joseph resisted sexual immorality in the face of temptation in chapter 39. Maybe you should look at it sometime," Kyle offers. "Good read."
"That's crae-crae," Yang spoke, pulling back on her clothes; it was starting to get cold in that hospital room. "But could we still hang out or something, priest?"
"Well, I technically am an angel, but sure thing," Kyle shrugs, patting the covers beside him as she hops back onto the bed with him.
"Just between you and me," fully clothed Yang whispers to Kyle as she sits beside him. "I think you need to slow down on the veggie tales."
"Not until Ruby, Blake, and Weiss are no longer gay in these fan fictions," Kyle replies with a coy smile.
"Seriously," Yang agrees.
What a good night.
The End
